I'm Barb Hopkins
I work with you to help overcome challenging hurdles and move forward. Through a co-creative and supportive coaching relationship, I offer fresh perspectives and accountability to help you navigate difficult conversations and bring clarity to the chaos.
After losing several loved ones in a short period of time, I experienced firsthand what it feels like to be unprepared—scrambling, searching, and trying to make sense of difficult decisions during an emotional time. That experience inspired my passion for helping others prepare. I work with you to take steps to imagine life beyond the daily norms and to help you gain confidence and peace of mind instead of living with fear and uncertainty.
BNScents Candles started in 2022 with the vision of helping others "let their light shine." Prepared Path Coaching is another opportunity for me to serve —helping you take control of your journey, reduce emotional burden, and create your own Prepared Path.
